PARKLIN Real Estate was founded by Chantell Park, whose professional career spans more than two decades in the corporate sector, specialising in negotiations, contracts, compliance, and business consulting. Armed with a B.Com Law degree and professional qualifications in the real estate industry, Chantell entered the property sector with a vision to create an agency where integrity, service excellence, and genuine client relationships would form the foundation of every transaction. Starting as a Candidate Property Practitioner and progressing through the industry to become a Full Status Property Practitioner, Principal Property Practitioner, and business owner, Chantell has gained firsthand experience in every aspect of the property journey. Her passion for real estate, combined with extensive corporate expertise, has enabled PARKLIN Real Estate to deliver professional service while maintaining the personal touch often lost in larger organisations.
